====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deodha P. S. Case No. 90/2022 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 510 liters illicit liquor was recovered from different seized motorcycles. Petitioner is owner of one of the seized motorcycles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and she is no way connected with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52408 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2025. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Deodha P. S. Case No. 90/2022.
