The issue involved in the present writ application is payment of salary.

It appears from the pleading that the matter was taken to the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority and the Tribunal has passed order in favour of the petitioner in Appeal No. 23 of 2013 vide order dated 23.12.2013 yet the respondents have not paid salary to this petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14527 of 2014(2) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 Under the aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent, District Programme Officer(Establishment), Gopalganj to ensure payment of salary in the light of the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority in Appeal No. 23 of 2013 dated 23.12.2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
