Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.106 of 2019, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 11(1) (B) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act.

The informant lodged the case against the petitioner, owner of the truck and against the owner of the animals on the allegation that they loaded the animals on the truck. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had handed over the truck to one Sanoj for carrying goods from one place to another.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that

No.50649 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 the petitioner is the owner of the truck, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IIIrd, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.106 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
