2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 302, 201, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are alleged to have killed the husband of the informant by administering him poison.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56627 of 2024(3) dt.30-01-2025 2/2 present case.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/concerned court below in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
