SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case for the offence under Sections 413, 414 and 120B of the Penal Code registered in connection with sale of a stolen motorcycle, is named in the First Information Report in the light of the confessional statement of co-accused Satrughan Sharma who was apprehended with the stolen motorcycle. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated but considering the fact that besides the present case he is also accused in three other cases lodged prior to this case, I direct that petitioner, above named, should surrender in the Court below (Chief Judicial Magistrae, Saharsa) within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the Court below and apply for regular bail in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17271 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 643 of 2014 which should be considered in accordance with law taking into consideration the antecedent of the petitioner and the fact that Satrughan Sharma has since been admitted to the privilege of regular bail by the High Court.
