JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2025 In view of the specific stand taken by respondent no. 7 in paragraph nos. 7 and 8 of the counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner, Salmana Sajlin, has been appointed as an exclusive teacher and is presently posted in the basic grade at Upgraded Middle School, Bardenga, Jokihat, pursuant to her application under the Bihar School Exclusive

Patna High Court CWJC No.3984 of 2021(8) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 Teachers Rules, 2023, learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that the petitioner's grievances have already been redressed, and in view of the specific statement made on behalf of the respondents, nothing now survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. The statement in this regard has already been made in paragraph Nos. 7 and 8 which are reproduced herein below :

"7. That with respect to the status of the respondent no. 12 Nusrat Jahan is concerned it is submitted that the Block Education Officer, Jokihat has reported vide letter no. 523 dated 11.09.2025 that respondent no.12 Nusrat Jahan was appointed as Panchayat Teacher by the Panchayat Teacher Appointment Unit, Gram Panchayat Raj Kursail, block Jokihat, Araria, and had joined on 25.01.2007 at Primary School, Dumri Tola, Kursail and is presently serving in that school.

8. That the Block Education Officer, Jokihat vide letter no. 529 dated 11.09.2025 also reported that the petitioner Salmana Sajlin is also appointed on 01.01.2025 as the Vishist Shikchhika Basic Grade at Upgraded Middle School, Bardenga, Jokihat pursuant to her application under the Bihar School Exclusive Teachers Rules, 2023."

2. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State, this writ
