The present application has been filed for modification of the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50315 of 2016 dated 21.11.2016 for correcting the village name of the petitioner as Nariyalghat Takiyapar in place of Kurmiyan Gali Gabhatal, which has wrongly been typed in the original application. Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the village name of the petitioner be corrected as Nariyalghat Takiyapar in place of Kurmiyan Gali.

The order dated 21.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50315 of 2016, is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
