2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the substantial amount under

Patna High Court CWJC No.14115 of 2022(5) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 different heads, as prayed for in the present writ petition, has been paid to the petitioner. However, the petitioner seeks to file a detail representation before the appropriate authority for payment of the interest and other remaining dues, if any.

3. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the concerned authority within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order/representation filed on behalf of the petitioner.
