JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Ara, Sadar, Ara, DistrictBhojpur to dispose off the Encroachment Case No. 4 of 2019-20 by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

The learned counsel for the respondent State upon instructions submits that the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, shall definitely be passed within a period of 8 weeks from today. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent State, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Ara, Sadar, Ara, District- Bhojpur to

Patna High Court CWJC No.18438 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2022 2/2 pass the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of 12 weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
