The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 244 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 27, 29 and 30 of the Arms Act. The informant named 20 persons and alleged that they all having armed with different weapons came. Deepak Singh, Vikas @ Bhim @ Vikas Kumar petitioner no. 1, Rajeev @ Lallu @ Rajeev Ranjan Kumar petitioner no. 2, Pravin and Jhagru Singh made indiscriminate firing causing injury to the informant Tripurari, Murari, Rakesh and Sanjay. Murari was also assaulted with Pharsa. Murari died during the course of treatment. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27081 of 2015 (3) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 against the petitioners.

There is very specific allegation that the petitioners made indiscriminate firing causing injury to different persons. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
