The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on 03.10.2014 the petitioner was forcefully married with the complainant. It is further submitted that informatory petition was filed by the petitioner on 12.11.2014 and thereafter the present complaint was filed on 25.11.2014.
