2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 385, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted with iron rod on the head of Arun Sah and snatched Rs. 40,000/- from him. He is also alleged to have assaulted with iron rod on left hand of Suresh Kumar, whereas petitioner no. 2 assaulted Suresh Kumar with butt of pistol.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that allegation is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against petitioners. There is case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and there is specific & direct allegation against them that they assaulted Suresh Kumar and Arun Sah and the injury, sustained by Suresh Kumar, has been found to be grievous in nature by the doctor.

6. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
