Case No. 76 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the accused persons unlawful assembly with Lathi, Danda and other sort of weapons wrongfully confined the informant and assaulted in brutal manner with intent to kill him but on intervention of the witnesses he could be rescued, however, ultimately taken to local

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. From perusal of annexure-2, it appears that the matter has been settled between the parties.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015(G.R. No. 1261/2015) on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
