Petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2016 in connection with Piparasi P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 307, 302, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that altogether 12 persons have been named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Charge sheet in this case has been submitted. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners and the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are rotting in custody for the last six months. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Piparasi P.S.
