Petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No.270 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Name of the petitioner has been disclosed before the police by Manoj Yadav alleging that he has sold one Inverter to the petitioner. Aforesaid inverter has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for petitioner further submits that there is no identifying mark of the aforesaid inverter or any complaint against petitioner of keeping the same being stolen property.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60235 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.270 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
