No. 70248 of 2018, filed by Md. Ali Hasan @ Md. Ali Husain and eleven others arising out of Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018, were heard together and disposed of on 14.05.2019 whereunder the petitioner (Md. Tasauwar of Cr. Misc. No. 14068 of 2019) along with Md. Ali Hasan @ Md. Ali Husain and eleven other petitioners of Cr. Misc. No. 70248 of 2018 were allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail, but, petitioner, Md. Tasauwar, could not furnish the bail bond due within stipulated period and prays for extension of time. In the facts and circumstances, stated above, further six weeks time is allowed to Md. Tasauwar petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 14068 of 2019 to surrender before the learned Chief
