By way of this writ petition, the petitioner, who is the nephew of private respondent no.11, has prayed for the following reliefs :- "a. To direct the respondents to conduct the enquiry with regard to forgery and cheating committed by private respondents which may harm the interest of the nation and to take appropriate legal action after lodging F.I.R. against him. b. To direct the respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner whereby he has raised the mischief, cheating and fraud committed by private respondent in changing his identity on each and every documents."

In the opinion of this Court, it is a private dispute. This writ petition cannot be entertained to settle the private dispute between two parties.

Accordingly, this criminal writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Court for redressal of his grievances.
