Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs as claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file detailed representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation within 15 days from today. He further submits that if such a representation is filed, the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation may be directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.12136 of 2025(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 dispose of the said representation within a further period of three months from the date of filing of such representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

3. To this prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents do not have any objection.

4. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna within 15 days from today and if such representation is filed, the same shall be decided on merit within a further period of three months after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

5. With this observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.

6. The pending I.A., if any, shall automatically accordingly disposed of.
