JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Perused the letter no. 38 dated 15th March, 2017 of Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara. The learned trial judge has sought further three to four months time to conclude the trial of Sessions Trial No. 170 of 2015, arising out Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 592 of 2014 submitting therein that three prosecution witnesses have already been examined and to secure the attendance of rest witnesses warrant of arrest, bailable and non-bailable have already been issued.

In the facts and circumstances stated above further three months time is granted to the learned trial judge for conclusion of Sessions Trial No. 170 of 2015, arising our of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 592 of 2014.
