The sole petitioner, who apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad ( T) P.S. Case no. 321 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 324, 341/34 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. was lodged by a person, who is not an eye witness. He further submits that subsequently the dispute has already been compromised between the parties and, as such, he makes a prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19102 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 I have perused the F.I.R., in which specific accusation has been levelled against the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
