JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and from the impugned order, it is not clear as to how the name of petitioner came in this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Arvind Kumar Verma and the aforesaid fact has specifically been pleaded by the petitioner at para-5 of the petition. It is further submitted that co-accused Arvind Kumar Verma has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Taking note of the aforesaid submissions as well as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38567 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati ( Dobhi) P.S.Case No. 306 of 2014.
