The petitioner being the Headmaster of the school is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20,21 and 22 of the NDPS Act. It is alleged that from the house of the petitioner, 8 kilograms of ganja was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the sample of the alleged seized ganja was transmitted to FSL for examination after ten days of its seizure. It is submitted by learned APP that the process under Sections 82/83 of Cr.P.C. has already been issued. Considering the fact that the quantity of recovery is between small and commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, let
