JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2024 On 13.03.2024, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has misplaced the hard copy which was to be filed towards

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.439 of 2021(10) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 removal of defect. Learned counsel further submits that on 13.02.2024 he was directed to comply the office objection within four weeks and in case of failure this petition was to be dismissed. Learned counsel further submits that due to his mistake the defect could not be removed.

2. Under the circumstances, further time of two weeks is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner for removal of office objection, failing which the petition will be dismissed.

3. List this matter on 28.03.2024."
