2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 dated 08.02.2024 registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning on his motorcycle, in the meantime, two miscreants on a four wheeler vehicle intercepted him and snatched away Rs. 1,25,000/-, a tab, mobile phone and a bio-

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner has been remanded in this case from Kasma P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 on 07.06.2024 and since then he is languishing in judicial custody. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioner nos.1 and 2 have one criminal antecedent and the petitioner no.3 has three criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 18.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62116 of 2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Aurangabad, in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024.
