2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. In any event he agrees to deposit an amount of Rs.1,500/- per month regularly for the benefit of OP No. 2.
4. Learned counsel for the OP No.2 appears and has been heard.
5. In that view of the matter, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 24.07.2015 pending in the Court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27501 of 2015 (3) dt.28-04-2016 of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014 is hereby confirmed with condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by OP No. 2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
