2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Patna Municipal Corporation vide Annexure-P3 has already decided in the year 2023 itself that the total dues of the petitioner is Rs. 3,69,121/- out of which only Rs. 50,000/- has been paid and rest admitted dues has not been paid.

3. Learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that appropriate order may be passed.

4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties it transpires to this Court that the Patna Municipal Corporation has already admitted the dues of the husband of the widow petitioner who was Sweeper of the Patna Municipal Corporation.

5. It is directed to the Patna Municipal Corporation to make the payment within six months. Any further delay shall be subject to payment of nine percent interest per annum and the said interest amount shall be payable from the pocket of the Executive Officer of the Patna Municipal Corporation.

6. Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
