JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of writ of Certiorari for setting aside the letter dated 27.7.2021 containing memo no 1028 issued by the District Programme officer, Vaishali whereby and whereunder the D.P.O Vaishali has asked show cause through show cause notice to the petitioner regarding his academic certificate. (ii). For issuance of Writ of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to

(iii). For issuance of Writ of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to make payment of the petitioner which is dues since his joining i.e from. November 2020."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
