The Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rosera P. S. Case No. 39 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused persons is of snatching the motorcycle of the informant on the point of pistol and mobile with cash also.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor any specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. It is also submitted that except one case, no other case has been found
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63840 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 against the petitioner and he is in custody since 07.06.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. who opposes the prayer for bail.
In view of the discussions made above, this application is disposed of with direction to the Court below to release the petitioner on bail after completion of the period of six months of his custody to his own satisfaction. With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
