The application seeks modification in the order dated order 25.05.2015 by permitting necessary corrections in the bail petitions as also extension of time for surrender of the petitioner. It is submitted that due to mistake police station case number was wrongly mentioned as R.P.F. Case No. 11/2014 in place of Dehri-on-Sone R.P.F. P.S. Case No. 11/2014 in the bail petitions. It is also submitted that the word Gaya was wrongly added in paragraph 1 of the order dated 25.05.2015. In view of aforesaid, the application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the bail petitions, wherever necessary, in course of the day. The police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33584 of 2015 (3) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 station case number shall be read as Dehri-on-Sone R.P.F. P.S. Case No. 11/2014 in place of R.P.F. Case No. 11/2014. Furthermore, this Court extends time by two weeks from today for surrender and furnishing bail bonds in the light of the order dated 25.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47687 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 48733 of 2014.

The order dated 25.05.2015 stands clarified/modified to the extent indicated above.
