2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has already filed a representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.11354 of 2023 dt.16-01-2024 2/2 before the respondent no.2 - the Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar on 21.01.2023 and the same is pending before him.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar is directed to call for the records relating to the concerned Panchayat and after giving opportunity of hearing to the affected parties pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
