2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sheikhupura P.S. Case No. 466 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 120(B) of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner became successful in securing the job of Prakhand Block Teacher, on the basis of forged document.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner has already tendered his resignation through his relatives but his resignation was not accepted since he was behind the bar. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56246 of 2024(3) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 has also submitted that soon after his release, he shall tender his resignation.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner committed forgery and he secured the job of Prakhand Block Teacher after producing false and fabricated document.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as also the fact that the petitioner is willing to tender his resignation from the post, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura in connection with Sheikhupura P.S. Case No. 466 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
