16-06-2015 Heard Sri Mritunjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Md. Aslam Ansari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is father-in-law of deceased apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 365 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 498(A), 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Panel Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being father-in-law the petitioner had committed no offence and he has falsely been implicated in the present case.

I have perused the F.I.R. and materials on record. I am of the opinion that it is not a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.
