2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the police personnel got information that some miscreants engaged in cyber crime in the name of lucky draw and to provide loans as well as on the pretext of providing job, used to commit crime. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56248 of 2024(4) dt.13-12-2024 2/3 card, passbook of different persons, ID cards, ATM cards, Cheque, etc. were recovered from his possession. He disclosed that it was the petitioner and one Ankit Kumar, who used to supply mobile data to him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the bail petition of the petitioner has twice been rejected by this Court but the prayer for renewal of bail is on fresh ground that the petitioner in similar nature of case has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (CRL) No. 4705 of 2024. The Hon'ble Supreme Court after considering the period of incarceration i.e. more than two years, has granted bail to the petitioner.
5. In the present case, also he is under custody for a period of more than two years.
6. While granting the bail to the petitioner, the Hon'ble Supreme court has mentioned that there are series of cases against him but considering the period of custody of more than two years, he was granted bail.
7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56248 of 2024(4) dt.13-12-2024 3/3 satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur Saria P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021, subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
8. Before accepting bail bond, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner be verified by the court below and if it is found that the petitioner is got criminal antecedent other than the cases mentioned in paragraph-3 of the petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
