Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lalganj P.S. Case No.290 of 2018, registered under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant raided the garage of Manjeet Kumar who disclosed that the petitioner and others sole the motorcycle to him and others. Three motorcycles were recovered from the garage of Manjeet Kumar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not sell any motorcycle to Manjeet Kumar. No stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no material to show that the petitioner committed any theft of motorcycle. Save and except the statement of Manjeet Kumar,

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.290 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
