This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18721 of 2020 whereby the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of next week from the date of the order.

For the reasons mentioned in this modification application, it is allowed.

Time is granted to the petitioner to surrender in the court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18721 of 2020 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
