2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to direct the respondent authority to determine and pay fair compensation for the petitioners land utilized for construction of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11197 of 2026(2) dt.27-07-2026 2/3 Public Road together with all statutory benefits including interest;

(ii) to direct the respondent authority consider and dispose of the petitioner's pending representation dated 18.02.2026 and 26.05.2026 within a time fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

(iii) to issue a certiorari for direction to the respondent authority to set aside the order dated 12.09.2025 issued by District Land Acquisition Officer (Resp. no.6) by which the petitioners were not given the entire amount further there is agreement (Sattat Lease) is made with the petitioner;

(iv) to issue a Mandamus for direction to respondents to for the payment of appropriate interest on compensation amount from the date of acquisition of land of the petitioners as the compensation amount was paid after 15 years from the acquisition of land;

(v) for direction to respondents for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11197 of 2026(2) dt.27-07-2026 3/3 payment of compensation money 4 times of the prevailing rate of the land of the year 2014 due to the land of the petitioners taken by the Respondent no. 6, 10 to the petitioners.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of the grievance.
