2. On the earlier occasion on 18.09.2018, as well the petitioner was not represented. This Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter for longer.

3. Present writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondent to move the 11000 volt overhead electric line from the roof of residential house of the petitioner which has forcibly been got stretched by the respondent no. 4 endangering the life and property of the petitioner and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent invites reference to para-4 of the counter affidavit to oppose the writ petition. It has been stated that as a matter of fact, the petitioner had himself constructed temporary garaz on the road after stretching of electric wire by the department and hence, it is incorrect to say that the respondents had stretched 11 KV wire over the roof of the house of the

5. Having regard to the specific averments of the respondents as aforesaid which has not been denied as no rejoinder to the counter affidavit has been filed, the writ petition is devoid of merit
