(B) A Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities, to direct them to consider the case of the petitioners in case similarly circumstanced persons have been granted the benefit of pay scale of 6th pay revision and financial benefits in the light of order dated 19/07/2017 passed in L.P.A. No.

162 of 2016 and analogous cases, as contained in Annexure-3 of the present writ petition."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
