The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 328 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act.
The informant made allegation that Pawan Patel, Guddu Patel, Dharmendra Patel and Balendra Patel assaulted him and abused him by naming his caste and when the informant fell down the petitioner Sheo Bachan Patel came and assaulted and abused him.
It is submitted that Pawan Patel, Guddu Patel, Dharmendra Patel and Balendra Patel have already been enlarged
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27322 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 on bail by the learned court below in view of the observation made by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26298 of 2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
