This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 364, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is under suspicion to have committed murder of Deepak Kumar along with others as on mobile deceased Deepak Kumar had informed to his family members that he was along with the petitioner, coaccused, Praveen Kumar and Rajnish Kumar. The petitioner was apprehended at his house and handed over to the police along with the first information report. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2016 and the petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and his name has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Rajnish Kumar. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53371 of 2016 (4) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Sri Pankaj Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial and if the Court below would come to notice that the petitioner has committed similar type of offence in future, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner in this case also.
