JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-10-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner shall remove all the defects within two weeks from today. In this case the interim amount of maintenance is a meagre sum of Rs.2,000/- per month. The order is an interim order and in terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of Md. Akil Ahmad versus State of Bihar and Anr. reported in 2016 (4) PLJR 968, this revision application is not maintainable. It is, thus, dismissed. Certified copy of this order shall be made available on ly after the removal of defects.
