The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation of murder is against unknown person. The name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Akash Kumar @ Chhotu. Akash Kumar @ Chhotu has already allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37848 of 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 98 of 2016.
