1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.458/2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 412, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned APP at the outset submits that the case is of Bank dacoity and the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Ram, from whose house, some looted articles were also recovered.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to rebut the said submission of the learned APP.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57742 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 APP, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

6. Accordingly, the regular bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
