ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Dariyapur P.S.Case No.201/14 for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner no.1 is the husband of the victim lady whereas petitioner no.2 to 8 are the other family members which includes father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister -in-law and sons of Dharamnath Sharma.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the fact that the investigation is still going on and the victim girl has not yet been recovered, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner which is, accordingly, rejected.
