JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 This revision application has been filed for modification of the judgment dated 24.01.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 4723 of 2018 on the ground that alias name of father of the appellant was not mentioned, though his alias name is "Kokan Singh" which has been mentioned in the F.I.R. also.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the assertion made in the petition, the judgment dated 24.01.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 4723 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the father's name of the petitioner be read as "Tribhuwan Narayan Singh @ Kokan Singh".
