The petitioner seeks bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 123/18, 502/18, registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Lastly the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.03.2021. Vide order dated 17.11.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that out of 08 chargesheeted witnesses, 01 witness has been examined and rest are yet to be examined.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62629 of 2021(3) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
