Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been transferred from Sir G.D. Patliputra, 10+2 School, Kadamkuan, Patna to Punyark Bidya Mandir High School, Pandarak, Patna, therefore, petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to either leave her at the same very school where she is working or transfer to any school situated in the City of Patna.

He further submits that one seat is already vacant where the petitioner is working, therefore, her transfer is unreasonable. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has been transferred to a new place as she was promoted to a higher

Considering the argument of the parties, I am not inclined to interfere in the transfer matter of the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
