Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he enticed and took away the minor daughter of the informant with intent to marry with her with the help of his other family members It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that petitioner has been made accused in the present case merely on suspicion. There is no direct or indirect evidence against him. There is no circumstantial evidence even to suggest his implication in the present case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29512 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Abhay Srivastava J.M. Ist Class, Sherghati in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
