The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 850/2018, instituted for the offences under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the prosecution report that 4.500 litres of country made foreign liquor has been recovered from a tempo. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was driver of the said tempo. He had no knowledge about the aforesaid liquor. He is in custody since 28.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
