JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 07-01-2019 Writ petition challenging the outcome of the selection process for appointment of Constable pursuant to the advertisement of the year 2004 has been filed 10 years thereafter in year 2014.
Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. They have taken a stand that the petitioner could not qualify in the selection as he had lesser than cut off marks and that no one having lesser mark than him has been appointed in the process of selection.
In view of such stand taken in the counter affidavit which
Patna High Court CWJC No.4189 of 2014 dt.07-01-2019 2/2 has not been denied or disputed by filing any rejoinder, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the process or issue any direction in favour of the petitioners. Writ petition is therefore, dismissed.
